LOUISVILLE, KY – March 20, 2025 – EQL Games and Pixiu Gaming are joining forces to bring proven, high-performing Keno games to the U.S. Lottery market. Pixiu Gaming, a boutique developer specializing in Keno games, has established partnerships with Canadian lotteries and will partner with EQL Games to work with states looking to expand their Keno portfolio.
“Pixiu Gaming is the perfect fit for U.S. Lotteries aiming to expand and elevate their digital Keno offering,” said Brad Cummings, CEO of EQL Games. “With only a handful of Keno titles available through iLottery, we know there’s potential to maximize this game type in more states. We’re aligned in Pixiu’s mission to bring elevated Keno games to iLottery platforms that are missing out on revenue from a loyal, core demographic.”
As Canada’s leading interactive Keno developer, Pixiu is expanding its focus to the U.S. lottery market, targeting states that have limited digital Keno offerings or have yet to introduce digital Keno with the help of EQL’s aggregator. The partnership will allow for customization of games, with lotteries able to create a product suitable for their market. While focusing on Keno, the Pixiu Gaming digital portfolio also boasts a robust suite of games, including original and arcade games.
“We have known EQL Games for a few years and love what they are doing to reinvent the lottery space, so it is an honor and pleasure for Pixiu to have signed this partnership,” said Jenny Lu, Head of Growth, Pixiu Gaming. “As the leading interactive Keno developer with Canadian lotteries, we are now hard-focused on bringing that magic to the U.S. Lottery space. With a shared focus on responsible gaming, and player engagement, we cannot wait to see our first games go live later this year on the EQL platform.”
U.S. lotteries looking to enhance their digital Keno offerings can access Pixiu’s proven portfolio through the EQL Aggregator near the end of 2025.
This is the 20th studio partner EQL Games has added in support of its lottery-only aggregator. Built specifically with the needs of government lotteries in mind, this first-of-its-kind product is about more than product distribution. The EQL Aggregator is designed to allow lotteries to enjoy content from multiple studios while only having to interact with a single point of contact. This simplifies the process of adding new content to a lottery’s digital portfolio without having to scale up operations to meet the needs of multiple studio partners. The EQL Aggregator is currently operating in lotteries across two continents and will see further expansion throughout the next year.
