Austin Mayberry is the CTO of EQL Games and has been developing software for over 35 years since he first learned to write simple programs from his father at the age of 6. He has spent his career evaluating, developing, and implementing technology in industries as diverse as healthcare, financial services, marketing, gaming, and social media.

Jim Acton

EQL Games' SVP of Business Development, Jim Acton has more than two decades of experience in the worldwide lottery industry. His experience includes management position at Scientific Games, the Massachusetts Lottery. He also started a lottery consulting firm which included the NFL as a client. Jim was one of the creators of the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year promotion on ABC's New Year’s Rockin’ Eve broadcast.

Shaun Rebello, Vice President of Product at EQL Games, has worked in games for over 20 years. Shaun has developed top grossing mobile, social casino and web3 products with a data-informed approach, a keen eye for detail, and a relentless drive to make every game the absolute best in its class.

Heather Bowman

Heather Bowman, Digital Games Portfolio Manager, has over 10 years of lottery industry experience in product management and advertising. She has managed both Scratcher and Digital Lottery Games, leveraging market trends and customer engagement strategies. In 2024, she was honored as the Virginia Lottery Marketing Director's Employee of the Year. With a background in advertising for multiple state lotteries, she has crafted impactful campaigns that drive growth. Her expertise in product management, advertising, and client relations makes her a trusted industry leader.

Becka McFarland

Becka McFarland, Game Producer, brings 13 years of lottery and casino gaming industry experience to EQL Games . Her career so far has included game production, product management, corporate strategy, and marketing. Her passion lies in generating revenue for educational programs through the creation of fun and innovative iLottery games.

Gavin Horricks

As EQL's iLottery Director, Gavin brings decades of lottery experience working with dozens of WLA customers all around the globe. For as long as there have been eInstants, he has been involved in every area of the product providing industry first features and seen remarkable growth. With additional experience in Second Chance, Printed Products, Digital Signage and Draw Based Games he has driven innovation throughout the industry.

Taylor Bengtson

As the Director of Marketing, Taylor brings over six years of experience from the advertising industry, with a strong focus on the Lottery sector. Her leadership in marketing for the New Hampshire Lottery highlights her drive for engagement and brand growth. Now, with the EQL team, she is set to lead marketing efforts, using her expertise to push the brand into new and exciting territories with strategic innovation.

Jonathan is a multi-faceted Software Engineer at EQL Games, bringing a wealth of experience in frontend development and a passion for technical education. Tom comes to EQL as a Cloud-Native and Kubernetes-Native Platform Software Architect focused in the specific areas of Event-Driven and Serverless application software developed across Cryptocurrency at Engine Vector, Multiplayer and Massively Multiplayer Gaming at Activision Games, Motorcycle Racing Telemetry at Ducati Corse and GPU Hardware Machine Vision Software at Nvidia.

Anastasiia, Game Artist, brings extensive game development experience to EQL Games. She has worked on over 13 titles, creating high-quality visuals and contributing to the overall artistic style of each project.
